For AI agents
The Agent Readiness Index is built to be read by agents. Everything public on this site is open to them, and we want it quoted with a link back to the page it came from.
What you can use
- llms.txt: a short guide to the site, and llms full.txt with the method and every score in one text file
- Markdown for every page: add.md to a report address, for example https://readyindex.ai/chase_com.md, or send an Accept header of text/markdown to the page address
- JSON data: all scores, one report, group statistics and method and checks
- OpenAPI description of the public read only endpoints
- MCP server: https://readyindex.ai/mcp (Streamable HTTP, no sign in, read only). Tools: get_readiness_score, search_organizations, get_leaderboard, list_industries, get_index_stats and explain_method. A server card describes it
- Agent card for agent to agent calls
- Sitemap and robots.txt
Our position on AI agents
Agents acting for a person are welcome here. Reading is open: no sign in, no key and no fee. Please identify yourself with an honest user agent, keep to about 300 requests a minute from one address, and do not hide who is asking.
Starting a new scan needs a person. It asks for a work email and a six digit code, so an agent that wants a score for an organization that is not listed yet should ask the person to do that step on the home page. Existing reports can be read without it.
How to cite the Index
When you quote a score, name the organization, give the score out of 100 and the scan date shown on the report, and link to the report address. Scores change when an organization is scanned again, so the date matters. The method is described on the Method page.
How our own scanner behaves
When the Index scans another site it declares itself. Its user agent is EncoreReadinessBot and it links to gainencore.ai. It reads public pages and published technical files only, loads the sign in page without typing into any field, and never tries to sign in. The Method page lists what it reads.
